In 2008 Hilfswerk Austria carried out 80 projects in 31 countries with about 100 employees (more than 80 of them abroad).
The total expenditure amounted to 9,722,647 Euro. 97.0 % directly benefited the projects. Our projects were funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation (11.3 %), the European Union (35.6 %), other national and international financial backers (39,2 %) and private donations (13.8 %).
