The courses include Political Science, Democracy, Human Rights, the European Union and its Institutions, Minority Rights, Moldova and Transnistria in the Context of the EU as well as International Organisations. Hilfswerk Austria conducted this training course in partnership with the Institute of History, State and Law of the Moldova Academy of Sciences and the World Window information center (Transnistria).
Hilfswerk Austria in Moldove has handed diplomas to the first 25 graduates of the Security, Nationality and Citizenship Summer School, as well as distance learning programs.

Hilfswerk Austria to Moldova Manager Anatol Bucatca said at the ceremony that the project's main task is to determine the educational policy for the purpose of consolidating democracy in Moldova and bringing up the youth in the spirit of European values.
The participants in this school were students of various university and educational institutions on the both Dniester banks, who are interested in establishing a transparent and constructive dialogue between various social, political and ethnic groups of the Moldovan society. The objective of this dialogue is the consolidation of the Moldovan statehood, the peaceful settlement of the Transnistrian conflict and the construction of the pragmatic external policy, based on the principles of International Law.
The training courses in the Security, Stability and Integration Summer School took place from July 21 to 26, 2008. Only the best 25 students participated in the programme.
